  • During peak harvest or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Shipping Methods

  • We ship orders using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and order size.

  • Shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout.

  • At this time, we ship within the continental United States only.

 

Shipping Schedule

  • To ensure freshness, chestnuts may ship Monday through Wednesday.

  • Orders placed later in the week may ship the following week to avoid weekend transit delays.

 

Perishable Product Notice

  • Chestnuts are a perishable agricultural product.

  • Once an order has shipped, Chestnut Valley is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

  • We strongly recommend promptly refrigerating chestnuts upon delivery.
